Citadines is a place that provides a sense of warmth and comfort; with homely , intimate and informal atmosphere, using indigenous materials in its architecture and interiors. It adapts vernacular features for a more domestic and functional aesthetic, hip and informal brand image with contemporary and understated chic interiors.

The project has 30 studio type rooms, 65 hotel type rooms, and 26 1-bedroom type rooms. ACT was awarded as the general contractor of the 121 hotel room renovation.
