Vista residences recently launched its newest project, Costa Vista Boracay. It is a residential development located on top of Punta Bunga beach in the Northwestern tip of Boracay Island. It is surrounded by top hotel chains and also has access to the Islands’ popular beaches.

The project consists of six residential towers, private villas, a hotel, convention center, and a commercial quarter. A.C Tajanlangit was awarded the first phase of the development, which is a 5.4 hectare land development project, as well as the two 6 story residential buildings named “Triton and “Capiz” respectively.
