Three E-com Center features an iconic architecture designed by Miami-based firm Arquitectonica, with FS Lim & Associates as the local architect.

This office building is the third installment of a four-structure business hub and will rise in the SM ‘s flagship Mall of Asia Complex (MOAC).

The 15-level office building will have a gross floor area (GFA) of over 125,000 square meters, with an estimated gross leasable area (GLA) of 79,000 sq.m. Three E-com will also feature a mixed-use component on its fourth level podium. ACT is the contractor for the fit-out works of Bayshore Tower.
