Lio is Ayala Land Inc.’s first venture into tourism estate development. It is planned, constructed, and managed by one developer.

It is a 100-hectare town master-planned as an ecologically sustainable tourism destination, that features hotels and resorts, tourism and commercial establishments, health and wellness facilities, and residential communities with world-class amenities.

ACT was awarded the Lio Artist’s Village, Nature bridge and Jetty Port by Ayala Land , Inc, and Ten Knots Philippines Inc. The firm has already completed the first phase of construction for this project and is currently working on the employee housing project.
